Family Prep Meals

Are you busy with life and don’t have the time or energy to meal prep and cook? Let Power Foods Meal Prep take it off of your plate! Our family prep meals serve 4-6 people and come with a complimentary green salad. Just like our individual meals, we primarily use house-made sauces and organic ingredients. Our meals are prepared fresh on the day of pick up or delivery in our commercial kitchen in Glendale. All you need to do is heat in the oven and serve! We offer a variety of options and honor all dietary restrictions (just shoot us an email and let us know)!
